ASCENSION IS NOT FOR SISSIES
Many of us have been experiencing Ascension Symptoms lately - pain, fatigue,
dizziness, stress and much more. I have been looking for ways to keep the
symptoms manageable. I have come to realize that Ascension is not for sissies.
I have learned that the symptoms can be managed, but it takes constant
perseverance and vigilance. It is so easy to allow ourselves to slip back down
into the 3rd dimensional vibration.
Using several different techniques, I have been able to keep my symptoms at a
minimum lately. Using these techniques helps to raise my vibration, relieving
many of my symptoms. When the Ascension energies increase, it is really easy to
get caught up in the symptoms instead of doing the work to raise my vibration
back up. It is really easy to allow myself to sink back into 3D.
One technique that has helped is to align my energies with the energies of
Mother Earth, her Grid System and Cosmic Energies. This is very simple to do.
You can simply repeat this statement several times as needed "I thank my Master
Healers, Guides, Angels and Nature Devas for balancing my energy with the energy
of Mother Earth, Her Grid System and The Cosmic Energies in all of my bodies on
all levels."
Another technique I have been using is to align my body with magnetic north. Lay
with your head at magnetic north and repeat this statement several times - "I
thank my Master Healers, Guides, Angels and Nature Devas for balancing my energy
with the energy of Mother Earth, Her Grid System and The Cosmic Energies in all
of my bodies on all levels."
If you repeat these statements as needed, you will find that you are adjusting
to the new Ascension Energies easier. Report back and let me know how your
experience is.
Dealing with the intense Ascension Energies is very intense, takes a lot of
effort, and definitely is not for sissies.

MULTI-DIMENSIONAL CHAKRA HEALING TM
Humanity as a whole is now moving into the Throat Chakra. The Throat Chakra
represents
communication. Since passing through the Heart Chakra, we can now speak with
Truth.
Modes of communication on the earth have changed drastically recently. Most
homes now
have computers and we are able to communicate with people from all corners of
the Earth.
Cell phones have become necessities. We can be contacted anywhere at any time. A
cell
phone has even been created which allows us to know exactly where our child is
at all times.
All of these advancements are Throat Chakra creations.
Our news is filled with Truths which are surfacing. The dangers of certain
drugs are now
being publicized. National secrets are becoming known. Secrets are being
brought up into
the Light to be healed. All of this is because of the Throat Chakra energy.
Symptoms of a unbalanced Throat Chakra are pain in the neck, head, shoulders,
arms and
hands. Sinus, throat and lung problems are other symptoms. You may also
experience
digestive problems, overeating or fatigue. These are also some of the Ascension
Symptoms
people have been complaining about. I have also noticed that I feel the energy
in my legs
when I work on the Throat Chakra. I feel this is because of the nerves which
come out of
the spine in the neck area and travel to the legs.
Most Chakra Healing Techniques work only on the front of the chakras. This is a
Third
Dimension healing technique and has limitations in what it can heal. We have
moved past
the Third Dimension.
I have developed
Multi-Dimensional Chakra Healing
TM, a technique which has
allowed me
to control not only my Ascension symptoms, but also to stop all pain medication.
As most of
you know, I have experienced symptoms of Fibromyalgia and Multiple Sclerosis for
many
years. Since my first Multi-Dimensional Chakra HealingTM session almost 3 weeks
ago, I
have not taken anything stronger than Tylenol for pain, and that has only been
several times.
After years of pain medication, this is a miracle!

CLEAR QUARTZ SCEPTER CRYSTAL TOTEM
The Clear Quartz Scepter Crystal seems to be sitting on a rod, smaller at the
bottom and
flaring out further up, much like a scepter.
These crystals were used in Atlantis and Lemuria in healing ceremonies and were
a symbol
of the power of the realm. Those who carried or wore a Scepter Crystal were High
Priests
or Priestesses.
The Scepter Crystal brings the spirituality of the higher planes into the
healing ceremonies
and focuses the energy deep within the heart of the matter. The energy is
directed to the
heart of the cell, to the heart of the disability, to the heart of the subtle
bodies, and more
importantly, to the heart of the energy center of the etheric body. This allows
restructuring
of the physical, mental or emotional bodies.
