Daily Meditation to Heal Mother Earth Imagine the pink energy of love surrounding the Earth and all who live on her. Now, imagine blue, peaceful energy surrounding the Earth and all who live on her. Imagine an Earth filled with Love and Peace knowing that we create what we focus on. Helping Others We get so caught up in our own issues and our own lives that we forget that there are others in the world who are less fortunate than we are. We gripe and complain about the price of gas, food costs going up, housing prices increasing, and other issues that are important to us. We forget how lucky we are to even own a car, a house or to have food to eat. Many people in the world do not have the luxuries we have in the US. A while back, I met a young man on the internet from Rwanda named Lambert. His parents and all of his siblings were killed in the genocide of the 1990's. He has spent more than half his life in an orphanage. I can only imagine the horrors this young man has been through in his short life. My heart goes out to him because of all he has gone through. He is in college, but there is no future for him in Rwanda. His dream is to come to the US and a better future. People worldwide look at the US as a place of opportunity. They see all that we have that they don't have and feel that we are all wealthy. Too bad we can't see ourselves through their eyes. We would be more appreciative of the things that we do have. I want to assist Lambert to come to the US so that he can have a chance to better himself. It is an expensive process, so I am asking for donations to help. They have seen the stage hypnotist who gets volunteers to do stupid, embarrassing things, and think that is what hypnosis is really like. This couldn't be further from the truth. Question from Susan: I have been working toward that oneness - that centerdness of me with the universe.  I know I am blocked in certain areas, as evidenced by my fibromyalgia. Reading by Claudia: Fibromyalgia has many causes and affects many of us who are Lightworkers. Some of the pain is because our vibration does not match the vibration we are in. We really can't change this until the rest of the world catches up. Another cause is hormonal. We are bombarded by estrogen. It is in our food, our water supply and the air that we breathe.
